Smart Meters are not safe.  Do not believe what the hydro, gas or water companies are telling you. We need to protect ourselves! There are many problems associated with smart meters and the smart grid. There are health concerns, fire and safety concerns, privacy concerns and increases in bills. Eventually, they will go to time-of -use billing, which means you will be paying more if you want to cook or do laundry between the busy hours of 3-9pm. What about those of us with families?

Lock up your meter! Keep your analogue, if it isn't too late.  Take action! Join one of the many organizations fighting smart metes and the smart grid.
