Environmental Home Inspections start with a questionnaire, which is usually emailed to the client, filled out , and returned before the inspection. This also includes information on keeping the house closed up and not using any cleaners prior to the inspection. This will give the most accurate results, if air samples are needed.

The cost of a full inspection is $375. This includes air quality, mould and electromagnetic frequency testing. If just air quality / mould OR electromagnetic frequency testing is required, the cost is $275. If any air samples are needed, those are extra.
